A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles
(January 22, 2018)… See bestselling author Amor Towles on Wednesday, April 4 at 2:00 pm at Ursinus College’s Bomberger Auditorium in Collegeville or at 7:00 pm at Keneseth Israel Synagogue in Elkins Park. His two appearances are the culmination of the third annual ONE BOOK, ONE COUNTY community wide event hosted by Montgomery County Libraries. Book sale and signing to follow both events.

Born and raised in the Boston area, Amor Towles is the New York Times bestselling author of A Gentleman in Moscow, which was on the NYT bestseller list for over 40 weeks and named one of best books of 2016 by the Chicago Tribune, the Washington Post, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the San Francisco Chronicle and NPR. It has been translated into over twenty language and been optioned to be made into a 6-8 hour miniseries by eOne Television. His first novel, Rules of Civility, published in 2011, also a New York Times bestseller and named one of the best books of 2011 by the Wall Street Journal has been translated into over 15 languages. The novel has been optioned by Lionsgate to be made into a feature film. A graduate of Yale College with an MA in English from Stanford, Towles was previously an investment professional and now devotes himself full time to writing in Manhattan, where he lives with his wife and two children.
